Right Ybell

Which YBell is
right for me?

I am new to working out.
You should consider starting with the smallest YBell weight (XS) 10 lb / 4.5 kg. Some people may be able to use the Small (S) 14 lb / 6 kg. If you aren't sure, check out our YBell size guide or contact us Here.

Different Ybell

I train a few times a week, but don't use weights.
You should consider using the Extra Small (XS) 10 lb / 4.5 kg or the Small (S) 14 lb / 6 kg YBell weights. Some people may be able to use the Medium (M) 18.5 lb / 8 kg YBell. If you aren't sure, contact us Here.

Use Ybell

I train a few times a
week and use weights like
kettlebells or dumbbells.
