right for me?

I’ve never trained before.
You should consider using the smallest YBell (XS) 10 lb / 4.5 kg. Some people may be able to use the Small (S) 14 lb / 6 kg. If you aren’t sure, contact us Here.

I train a few times a week, but don’t use weights.
You should consider using the Extra Small (XS) 10 lb / 4.5 kg or the Small (S) 14 lb / 6 kg YBell . Some people may be able to use the Medium (M) 18.5 lb / 8 kg YBell. If you aren’t sure, contact us Here.
