YBELL MASTER TRAINER COURSE

This is an invitation level event and it is led by a YBell Master Instructor.

Upon completing the Master Trainer Course and being certified as a YBell Master Trainer, participants are then qualified to teach the YBell Coaching Course.

Right Ybell

Which YBell is
right for me?

I’ve never trained before.
You should consider using the smallest YBell (XS) 9.5 lb / 4.3 kg. Some people may be able to use the Small (S) 14.3 lb / 6.5 kg. If you aren’t sure, contact us Here.

Different Ybell

I train a few times a week, but don’t use weights.
You should consider using the Extra Small (XS) 9.5 lb / 4.3 kg or the Small (S) 14.3 lb / 6.5 kg YBell . Some people may be able to use the Medium (M) 17.6 lb / 8 kg YBell. If you aren’t sure, contact us Here.

Use Ybell

I train a few times a
week and use weights like
kettlebells or dumbbells.

You should consider using the Small (S) 14.3 lb / 6.5 kg or Medium (M) 17.6 lb / 8 kg YBell .Some people may be able to use a Large (L) 22 lb / 10 kg YBell. If you aren’t sure, contact us Here.

Train Ybell

I train every day and
am super fit.

You should consider using the Medium (M) 17.6 lb / 8 kg, Large (L) 22 lb / 10 kg or Extra Large (XL) 26.4 lb / 12 kg YBell. If you aren’t sure, contact us Here.
